Detroit Fire Department History – November 13

Today in DFD history – November 13, 1798

“Fire Regulations of Detroit”, which consisted of 17 articles, were printed. 

Among the articles were the names of several citizens who were to respond on first notice of a fire and work with 12 soldiers from the 2nd  US Regiment to extinguish the fire.
